Milan is conveniently located in the heart of Europe and can be easily reached from all over the world.
By plane: Malpensa is the main airport and serves Intercontinental and domestic flights. European and domestic flights also land at Linate airport (near the city). In addition, Bergamo Airport is an important hub for low-cost airlines.
By train: Milan is an important railway junction. Major Italian cities are just a few hours away by high speed train. There are also direct connections to France, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
By car: a dense network of motorways connects Milan with other Italian cities and the rest of Europe. The conference venue is the campus of the Polytechnic University of Milan bovis, located just a few minutes from the city centre and directly connected by train to Malpensa airport.
